So you disagree with the geneva convention ? 40 years ? where did you pick that number from? There is turture going on in Iraq, but out of all the troops out there it is a very small % I assume. The problem is that the fastest way to lose the population (those that the soldiers are fighting for) is to let them believe that it goes unpunished or is covered up.

The 20,000+ dead is not from any terrorist bombing, its from our initial bombings and people our troops have "accidently" shot.
Does all the above BS means that you were never in army and you have never fought for your freedom, country or anything else? I am not surprised since REAL soldiers don't come up with such nonsense as your postings. Only people who have experienced the war through TV or video games would like wars and killing.

You are here to receive the wisdom of your elders. I was born in the summer of '69. Older people tend to be less ignorant, just due to the years they have had to absorb knowledge. They also tend to be more wise, because they have had more opportunity to distill that knowledge into wisdom. Of course, many people seem quite averse to both knowledge and wisdom!
Yes but older people are also set in their ways and more often than not unwilling to learn, or objectively look at a situation beyond their current beliefs
