Where were the unmanned aircraft for dispersing bio/chem weapons covered? Since your small minded brain can't handle several topics at a time, we'll focus on those unmanned aircraft for now then. We'll take it really slow just like as if I were trying to talk to George Bush So please explain to me, where did those aircraft go? Or better yet, just any proof the Iraq ever had them
Gtech Unlike you I actually read the materials and even more important I understand what I read. People in UN, U.S energy depart met or other government agencies are not stupid like you to try forbid "ALL CHEMICAL AGENTS" and that is the reason the list is defined according to Annex II of UNSCOM- "Chemical, Biological and Missile items". The same UN resolution that you give as reference. Provisions related to chemical items 1. The following list contains chemicals *1 capable of being used for the development, production or acquisition of chemical weapons, but which also are usable for purposes not prohibited by resolution 687 (1991) and, therefore, are subject to monitoring and verification in accordance with paragraphs 29, 30 and 31 of the Plan. List A Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) Chemical Registry No. 1.1 Chemicals, except for those chemicals specified in list B of this annex, containing a phosphorus atom to which is bonded one H, alkyl or alkyl substitute group but no further carbon atoms - e.g. Methyl thiophosphonyl dichloride (676-98-2) 1.2 Dialkyl or dialkyl-substituted (Me, monochloro-M, Et, n-Pr or i-Pr) N,N-dialkyl or N,N-dialkyl substitutes (Me, Et, n-Pr or i-Pr)-phosphoramidates - e.g. Diethyl N,N-dimethylphosphoramidate (2404-03-7) 1.3 Arsenic trichloride (7784-34-1) 1.4 2,2-Diphenyl-2-hydroxyacetic acid (benzilic acid) (76-93-7) 1.5 Quinuclidin-3-ol (1619-34-7) Quinuclidin-3-ol hydrochloride (6238-13-7) 1.6 N,N-Dialkyl (Me, Et, n-Pr or i-Pr) aminoethyl-2-chloride and corresponding protonated salts - e.g. N,N-diisopropyl-2-aminoethyl chloride hydrochloride (4261-68-1) 1.7 N,N-Dialkyl (Me, Et, n-Pr or i-Pr) aminoethane-2-ol and corresponding protonated salts - e.g. N,N-Diisopropyl-2-aminoethanol (96-80-0) 1.8 N,N-Dialkyl (Me, Et, n-Pr or i-Pr) aminoethane-2-thiol and corresponding protonated salts - e.g. N,N-Diisopropyl-2-aminoethanethiol (5842-07-9) 1.9 Phosgene (75-44-5) 1.10 Cyanogen chloride (506-77-4) 1.11 Hydrogen cyanide (74-90-8) 1.12 Trichloronitromethane (chloropicrin) (76-06-2) 1.13 Phosphorus oxychloride (10025-87-3) 1.14 Phosphorus trichloride (7719-12-2) 1.15 Phosphorus pentachloride (10026-13-8) 1.16 Trimethyl phosphite (TMP) (121-45-9) 1.17 Triethyl phosphite (122-52-1) 1.18 Dimethyl phosphite (DMP) (868-85-9) 1.19 Diethyl phosphite (762-04-9) 1.20 Diisopropylphosphite (1809-20-7) 1.21 Triisopropylphosphite (116-17-6) 1.22 Sulphur monochloride (10025-67-9) 1.23 Sulphur dichloride (10545-99-0) 1.24 Thionyl chloride (7719-09-7) 1.25 Cyclohexanol (108-93-0) 1.26 Hydrogen fluoride (7664-39-3) 1.27 Ortho-chlorobenzylidenemalononitri1e (CS) (2698-41-1) 1.28 Potassium fluoride (7789-23-3) 1.29 Ammonium bif1uoride (1341-49-7) 1.30 Sodium bifluoride (1333-83-1) 1.31 Sodium fluoride (7681-49-4) 1.32 Potassium bifluoride (7789-29-9) 1.33 Sodium sulphide (1313-82-2) 1.34 Hydrogen sulphide (7783-06-4) 1.35 Carbon disulphide (75-15-0) 1.36 Phosphorus pentasulphide (1314-80-3) 1.37 Chloroethanol (107-07-3) 1.38 Isopropanol (67-63-0) 1.39 Dimethylamine (124-40-3) 1.40 Dimethylamine hydrochloride (506-59-2) 1.41 Potassium cyanide (151-50-8) 1.42 Sodium cyanide (143-33-9) 1.43 Triethanolamine (102-71-6) 1.44 Triethanolamine hydrochloride (637-39-8) 1.45 Diisopropylamine (108-18-9) 1.46 Diisopropylamine hydrochloride (819-79-4) 1.47 Methyl diethanolamine (105-59-9) 1.48 Methyl diethanolamine hydrochloride (54060-15-0) 1.49 Ethyl diethanolamine (139-87-7) 1.50 Ethyl diethanolamine hydrochloride (58901-15-8) 1.51 Methyl benzilate (76-89-1) 1.52 O,O-Diethyl phosphorothioate (2465-65-8) 1.53 O,O-Diethyl phosphorodithioate (298-06-6) 1.54 Ethylene oxide (75-21-8) 1.55 Propylene oxide (75-56-9) 1.56 Hydroxy-1-methylpiperidine (3554-74-3) 1.57 Hydroxy-1-methylpiperidine hydrochloride (164-45-6) 1.58 Quinuclidone (3731-38-2) 1.59 Quinuclidone hydrochloride (1193-65-3) 1.60 Phosphorus (7723-14-0) 1.61 Sulphur (7704-34-9) 1.62 Chlorine (7782-50-5) 1.63 Fluorine (7782-41-4) 2. hrbl, I do not contest the math I used. The math, in and of itself, is correct. The formula (which I did not know, and invited anyone to correct) to calculate unemployment is not in question for me. I never stated I knew it. I simply took known numbers to construct a percentage. And it's that percentage that was important. Because using the rudimentary calculation I put together with known numbers showed .01% of 44,550. The link you provided, said that 169,000 made no percentage change. So going by their calculation, whatever it is (I don't contest, they are the experts), shows that even if you factor in another 124,450 people into the equation for support, etc, the percentage still wouldn't change, according to the link you posted.
Thank you, I'll let the issue die as I believe we both know what the other meant at least I hope __________________
Now we're making progress. Please provide a reference from a news source (no, I'm not going to trod back through umpteen pages of posts) to establish with certainty it's a valid issue. Just something that asserts Bush (or whoever you are angry with) made the claim they were there, possibly how many, etc. From that, I'll do your research for you.
Once Again That is the words from George Bush's mouth on October 7, 2002 in a speech he gave to the nation. I'm not going to post a single new source, because it's not needed, the info is right there, and the fact that you whine about any source posted Prove they had these unmanned vehicles (as of Oct 2002)
It is not I that forbid them, it is the UN Resolution in 687 and is quite clear about what it said. Revised Annex IV of the Plan for Ongoing Monitoring and Verification. http://www.casi.org.uk/info/unmovic1051l010601/missile.pdf Listed: Nitric Acid, an ingredient along with sulfuric acid, in making nitroglycerin. It is banned on this list. Listed: Hydrogen Peroxide More information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitroglycerin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitric_Acid In addition to UNSCR 687, which bans all stocks of agents, Annex IV lists these either by name, or the names of which these chemicals are derived from. Now on to yo-yo
Source: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2002/10/20021007-8.html If Bush indeed lied, then so did these people: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=283676&postcount=4 Here is the intelligence in question. http://www.cia.gov/cia/public_affairs/speeches/2004/tenet_georgetownspeech_02052004.html
You're using another persons speech... to prove what? This is just another speech from another person.. if I thought that was proof of anything, I would use George Bush's speech. I want to know if we found this fleet of unmanned vehicles when we invaded Iraq... and I want to know specifically what they were and what threat they posed to U.S. Soil like Bush said. The only ones I can find any info on Iraq having are Czech L29's.. which only have a maximum range of 800 miles and are 40 years old... hardly a threat to U.S. Soil. http://www.cdi.org/terrorism/uav-iraq.cfm http://www.czechairforce.cz/
Indeed I am. To establish where the intelligence came from, it's import to quote who was providing the intelligence. It's also important to post what was said about that, at the hearing, to establish facts. That's awful demanding That information may, or may not be released. And if not, I doubt you are important enough to obtain it. But what Tenet did say about it was: There's your answer, from what I'm capable of providing.
You never answered if you finished high school or not but I really don't think so. The reasons for Why your postings are full of LIES as usual. 1- Thers is no mention of SULFURIC ACID or NITROGLYCERIN in the document that you have put as referance. 2- You have never mentioned Nitric Acid before this posting and IT WAS NOT FOUND IN JORDAN either, so why are are you mentioning it? 3- NITRIC ACID AND HYDROGEN PERXOIDE are not forbidden either, because if you finished your high school and could actually read these articles, it is taking about Metal Fuels and precentage of Nitric acid in metal fuels and not the acid itself. 4- The best proof that you lie as usual, it is in title of Annex itself: "Provisions related to Missile Items" Your source got nothing to do with Chemical WMD or even forbidden chemical component.I have presented a complete list of controlled chemical components in my previous post and everybody can see how dishonest you are. When are you going to stop making lies?
It's all right there in plain black and white gworld. I love your narcissism! What's the magic ingredient found on your buds? Nitroglycerin It is banned on this list. Can we please clear one thing up? It's not "Your source got nothing to do with Chemical WMD..." It's "Your source has nothing to do with Chemical WMD..." "got nothing" is used often by you, and I don't normally call people on typos or grammar, but this is just absurd! Does that mean they will see how dishonest you are for completely ignoring Revised Annex IV? You're busted gworld! If you were defending your buds in real life, they would be facing the execution squad right now. And you, as an attorney would be fired
Gtech again asking you do you realise the difference between banned materials that were needed to be destroyed by the UN resolutions and those banned items that were legally allowed to be in Iraq under either seal, inspection, by making them inoperable or Iraq showing how they were used in legal uses? One link for info such as this is http://www.veteransforcommonsense.org/index.cfm?Page=Article&ID=2330 I will gladly research more if you wish, but do you understand and agree that some of the so called 'banned' items of course would still be in Iraq as they were not banned in the sence that they needed to be destroyed or removed and or Iraq simply had to show how they were used in a legal fashion, be sealed, inspected, etc? Again this is not for a debate, simply trying to get your position on this then the debate will come
What I understand is that 20 tons of chemicals were apprehended in the hands of al qaida terrorists that could have killed 80,000 people, including those that were on a list as banned by the UN in Revised Annex IV http://www.casi.org.uk/info/unmovic1051l010601/missile.pdf Add to that list, oxygen, which was also found among the 20 tons and specifically cited. Oxygen is also on the list, at the link, along with hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid (a chemical used to make nitroglycerin, in which nitroglycerin was also found). Whether or not Iraq was permitted to have them under seal makes no difference to me. gworld has tried dismiss this terrorist plot, by portraying these items as mouthwash and hair dye, amongst other things. He repeatedly posted in large red print to show a document by the UN, United States, or International Treaties that show they are banned. UNSCR 687 was the response and covers that by itself. Pushing it further, he referenced Anex II which listed a large assortment of chemicals. After further research, yet still satisfied with UNSCR 687, I came across another Anex, Anex IV, which also listed chemicals and three of the four (hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid (which is present in nitroglycern that was found) and oxygen) were just some of the chemicals found in their possession. These three are on that list. If you wish to pursue it further, so be it. I've posted references, proven my point way beyond reasonable doubt, and provided exactly what gworld asked for. He is simply having trouble accepting it. Rightfully so, as he called me a liar, dismissed everything as mouthwash and hair dye and is just simply proven wrong. I believe the topic has more than been covered enough. UNSCR 687 proved my point, Anex IV just reinforced it further.
1- There is no mention of Sulfuric Acid or Nitroglycerin in that document. Gtech Continue with your lies, it seems you will never acknowledge the truth.
Source please! LINKS? You can't just make up something like that and present it a factual information! WTF!
