If you are referring to your sexual experience in jail, I can understand that it was painful for you but that is not what we normally mean by sex.

I can not see anything negative in having sex with someone who is not your wife. A women does not change because you have signed a piece of paper.

 

Plenty of answers for your question, but seriously, if you don't know even one then you don't want to know the answers. Try the scientific method that you are an expert at and apply it to STD's and see if you can figure out in what ways sex and STD's are related, then you might get one answer.
