Sorry to burst your tin foil ;) Intelligence would include looking at well established and documented facts regarding cheney and haliburton. If intelligence, as you suggest, means to ignore those and just think it because, we share a different level of intelligence. I'm sure you can understand how relieved that makes me feel :D

God forbid the mainstream press mention any of this. So what else is new? This is just the tip of the iceberg.

I didn't think you would single out who you were referring to, since it is so painfully obvious.

I'm simply amazed at your denial hrb. It's clear as day, you even go to the extent of avoiding who you intended it for.

...and my level of intelligence does not dictate that I put my head in the sand as you do and declare something as fact because I read it on the internet somewhere. :D

Put your tin foil hat back on. Your head is getting TOO MUCH DIRECT SUNLIGHT! :D

The MSM does seem to go to great strides not to cover things like this. Or 20 tons of chemical weapons including VX :D in Jordan, or the chemical weapons lab discovered a few months ago. Out of sight, out of mind. If it isn't reported, the American people won't know.

He's not too good with the 1+1=2 stuff. He comes up with tin foil jokes when he's got no leg to stand on.

It is stupid statements like this that show just how misinformed you are. Either that or you just do not like to state the truth. The US did not run away from Vietnam. In early 1973 the United States, North and South Vietnam, and the Viet Cong signed an armistice. No one ran away. The Viet Cong did however break the cease fire and attacked Saigon and the US Embassy there.

You really live in a much different reality than the rest of us. Say hello to the looking glass people and the girl with kaleidoscope eyes for me.

Yep, I have to learn to be more open and just say it's fact because...um, because, well, just because I say it is. Oh, I know...even better! I can just say it's fact, because cole said so! That's better than $10.00 adsense clicks, thanks!

My pleasure! There's better material to waste my time on ;)

    Since you asked. YES.

Nothing in the US Consitution protects the rights of Enemy Combatants. That is what Padilla is. Lest you forget.

Still no idea which president you were referring to? Come on, you can spit it out!

All in a day's fun! Not the first time we've had the "both sides of the issue" talk, but I was glad I was able to clearly document this time.

It comes down to what is legal under the constitution, you appear to have no problem with the president breaking the constituion, I however do.

Lincoln did more to potentially "doom" the constitution than any other Presdient in history and he is arguably the best President we ever had next to Reagan. FDR holds a pretty close second in terms of his "breaking the law", bending the Constitution, etc. Again, another "great" President.

One thing I can say about Bush, at least he actually acknowledges the Consitution, and has made every attempt to defend, uphold and protect it. I'd rather have that than Clinton, who totally ignored it for 8 years.

It is not talking about a president in particular,,,it is talking about a president, doesn't matter who it is

It was on your stance, not a situation that had happened...get it now?

No, they admitted the intelligence (provided by the previous do nothing administration) was WRONG.

How about you Gtech, can you admit that you were wrong and there was no WMD in Iraq?[/quote]

No one ever said there were no WMD's in Iraq. They said the intelligence was wrong. There is a difference.

Either way, WHO GIVES A ...

When Bush says "The constitution is just a god damned piece of paper. I'm the commander in chief!", I seriously doubt his behaviour could be characterized as you have above.

If you believe everything you read on the net, of course ;)

Gee, I wonder where this little fairy tale started. Looks like it's in it's infancy too!
