I don't make up things like you and call it science. You can look at the text here:

    I. The scientific method has four steps

    1. Observation and description of a phenomenon or group of phenomena.

    2. Formulation of an hypothesis to explain the phenomena. In physics, the hypothesis often takes the form of a causal mechanism or a mathematical relation.

    3. Use of the hypothesis to predict the existence of other phenomena, or to predict quantitatively the results of new observations.

    4. Performance of experimental tests of the predictions by several independent experimenters and properly performed experiments.

    http://teacher.nsrl.rochester.edu/phy_labs/AppendixE/AppendixE.html

As you see the in the step 4 tests are performed to prove a theory and not dis-prove a theory. May be you should go back to school and learn about these things before discussing it. ;)

Merry Christmas and have a good holidays.

I don't believe in Christ but I like all the holidays including Jewish, Muslim, Chinese and everything else. :)

It is always good to spend time with friends, have a drink and generally enjoy the life.

The idea that gworld could have "friends" is so unrealistic as to put his entire post into question.

Just because you are an ASS and don't have friends, doesn't mean the rest of us can not have friends. No, GI Joe figures are not your friends, they are just toys even if they sleep in your bed.

    Still OWNED.

    You missed step five.

"Repeat steps 3 and 4 until there are no discrepancies between theory and experiment and/or observation."

    Disproving....

    OWNED!!!

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about and it is obvious for anyone who reads these postings. If you insist on being ignorant and make up things then nobody can help you.

“the life” - that is a dead giveaway as to who you are Gworld. Only people of a certain community make that statement, and my sister is one of them.

Your hatred for Christians is now revealed. I was wondering when you would slip up and show why you refuse to acknowledge solid arguments and facts.

    Pathetic!

What are you on today? Have you heard a new story from your preacher? I don't know who your sister is or what she does but if she enjoys life then she is much smarter than you are and you should listen to her instead of thinking about the nonsense that you post. ;)

HARRISBURG, Pa. - "Intelligent design" is "a religious alternative masquerading as a scientific theory" and cannot be mentioned in biology classes in a Pennsylvania public school district, a federal judge said Tuesday, ruling in one of the biggest courtroom clashes on evolution since the 1925 Scopes trial.

Dover Area School Board members violated the Constitution when they ordered that its biology curriculum must include the notion that life on Earth was produced by an unidentified intelligent cause, U.S. District Judge John E. Jones III said.

“We find that the secular purposes claimed by the Board amount to a pretext for the Board’s real purpose, which was to promote religion in the public school classroom,” he wrote in his 139-page opinion.

The ruling will not likely be appealed by the slate of new board members, who in the November election ousted the group that installed intelligent design, the new board president said Tuesday.

“The citizens of the Dover area were poorly served by the members of the Board who voted for the ID Policy,” Jones wrote, adding that several members repeatedly lied to cover their motives even while professing religious beliefs.

Religious people who lie in order to get their religious agenda in schools, isn't there something in Bible that mentions you should not lie?

why can't you teach 2 theories in school? isn't this a bit strange that the religion of darwinism is ok but the opposite is not?

Nice cut and paste, but it would be interesting to see what these people lied about.

Again, only Christian bashing. I picture an old guy at the computer foaming at the mouth trying to type sentences only to give up and us cut and paste, which is probably very hard for you to do.....

I actually agree with Gworld and the judge here. Why bring something positive into such a grossly immoral, uneducated (teaching lies about the religion of evolution), political, socially irresponsible environment as a public school. I guess that’s why Clinton put his girl in private school.
