The only legalized abortion I would be for would be those performed in a hospital room that resides in a time machine. That way it could go back in time and abort those who believe in it.

I wonder if Bush would get funding for that instead of wasting it on evolution books that lie about the origin of man. That’s a war Gworld would support…

Did you finally find any historical proof that Jesus ever existed? ;)
If the evolution is a lie, so tell us what is the truth but try at least to have some elements of science and logic in it and don't tell us we should just believe it because your preacher said so. ;)

    Heh. You said "debunked". Heh.

I find it terribly amusing that the conspiracy theorists, left-wing Democrats, peaceniks, and neo-Nazi's are all on the same team now.

They quote each other endlessly, as authoritative sources, without even knowing (or caring) who they are quoting.

    Typical little will posting:

I am a great general because I get high score on all my xbox war games and I have memorized all the the terminology from the game manual. I also pretend to be a tough military guy. It is not my fault that I am scared of guns and never served in military.

John Wayne didn't discuss in the movies, so why do you expect me to discuss anything intelligently instead of making up stupid one liners? :)

gworld, since we all bask in your presence of vast knowledge of evil America and evil Christians that will pray you to death, what other groups do you hate that you can teach us about?

    Let's see, you hate America

Americans are ignorant (according to your own posts here)
    You don't like Jews
    You hate Christians

    You want terrorists set free
    You don't want terrorists detained
    You want rights for terrorists
    You defend terrorists
You've never said a bad word about terrorists since you've been here
You want terrorists to win in Iraq
You were offended that an Iraqi woman told you to go to hell (perhaps you are a misogynist (sorry for using those collage words!))
You put our (not your) military down constantly by saying they are torturers but pretend to care about them when it comes to a body count.
Not a word about those voting in Iraq...guess you really don't care about their freedoms, only that the terrorists there have a fair chance
You are disappointed saddam isn't still in power
Not a bad word for Iran, despite the continued escalation

Gee, I don't see anything out of line, do you?

I don't know of anyone here who has had that expectation of you. Compared to your usual hatred you spew, discussing something intelligently would make you an over-achiever :D

1- I don't hate America, I just think they deserve better than a president that thinks torture and imprisonment of people without trial is fine and Constitution is just an old piece of paper.

2- I like Jews but I do not agree with Israel policies in middle east. There are many Jews who also disagree with Israel government's policies.

3- I don't hate Christians, I think the whole question is the result of lack of knowledge and eduction but I do not advocate forbidding the religion. I hate ultra-right religious group that are trying to take away the separation of church and state and force their stupid mentality on others.

4- I do not want that terrorist to be free or not to be detained but I want this to be done according to the laws and regulation. USA has a working judicial system that is defined by Constitution, congress, US criminal code and the courts and should be respected. No person or government agency should be above the law.

5- I do not put your military down by mentioning torture, I think US military has a great sense of tradition and Honor that most officers will be disgusted by the subject of torturing the POW but unfortunately this administration does not have the same sense of Honor and it will ultimately put every soldier in the harm way and this is exactly what most high ranking officers in your military service have written as I quoted previously. Torture is not a key to victory and finally US congress has come to the same conclusion yesterday.

6- I do not defend the terrorism, I posted some month ago that the course of action taken by this administration is wrong and will ultimately result in victory for terrorism, the events in the last month has proved me right in mentioning those dangers. A guerrilla warfare can not be won only with military actions, it has to be combined with genuine political actions.

7- I care about freedom in Iraq but I see no sign of genuine progress in that subject. Occupation and replacing a killer dictator with a puppet government which has as dubious background as previous dictator and already started with secret prisons and torture is not a progress or freedom in my mind.
Paying journalists $20 to print US military press release as genuine feeling of people in Iraq and news is not freedom or liberation, only an illusion of freedom and progress bought and paid for US government.
Freedom of press, political parties and a genuine election with neutral observers will be a progress.

8- I didn't say all Americans are ignorant, I mentioned that many ignorant Americans and I think you, little will and couple of others proved that I was right by posting here. There are many intelligent, educated intellectuals in USA but you are not among them. ;)

That is why we all (the majority, most in history, most ever...) voted him in. Clinton is gone so rest assured all of the above you mention, not necessary anymore.

No, you are an anti-semite. That has been quite evident in all your posts. It is not that you dis-like Jews. You depise them, something you have made all too perfectly clear in each of your biggoted and racist ramblings on the subject.

Of course you don't hate them. You despise them, just as much if not more than the Jews. Mainly because they actually support Jews, and believe in many of the same ideals. No one here has ever forced anything on anyone, save for creating segragation where it was not needed.

What laws? Are we now suggesting that murderous thugs have rights? We in the US have made every effort to be as complacent, understanding and respectful of every scumbag we have had the unfortunate pleasure of attending to.

No the US has a judicial system made up of liberal nut cases that try to legislate from the bench rather than upholding the law. In any event, as the good judges are concerned, since when do US courts owe non-US citizens (terrorists) any inkling of protection under the US Criminal Code? These are War criminals, remember?

    Give me a break.

Apparently you have not paid much attention to the last 4 + years.

No, you don't defend it. You do however seem to encourage it. A victory for terrorism? Are you on crack? Have you not noticed that we won the war in Iraq? We removed Saddam, restored Democracy, over 11 million people out of 15 million eligible voters voted? There has not been a terrorist act on American soil since 9/11. The Middle East in on the way to full scale peace. Iran is on the verge of an internal civil war which will result in Democracy. Voting day was one of the most peaceful the region has seen. Sure there is a long way to go, but we have all come a long way. Why on earth you and other people find the need to tear down these accomplishments is beyond me. Nothing like raining on a parade.

No sign of progress? Where have you been the last few years? Living in a cave? Number seven is full of so much bunk and bs, I can barely stand the stench in reading it.

    You've just proved your ignorance.

    mia, well said.

gworld, thanks for the untruthful explanations. It's nice to have some reasoning behind your stupidity. I'm now convinced you are stupider than I initially gave you credit for being. I didn't think it was possible.

People are still chanting this nonsense? 'most in history' I asked you once before to show me how it actually means anything, especially with a growing population of which you never were able to show me how it means anything more than that, more population, high voter turn out of course equals 'most in history' wasn't kerry number 2 for 'most votes' ever? sigh..

Legislate from the bench, ROFLMAO... I laugh every time I hear someone chant that mantra the right wing invented. Funny how they don't mind when the Supreme Court and other courts decide in their favor.....Every time a court rules against something the Right Wing does not like it's 'Legislate from the Bench' ... Give me a break...

There are judges on both sides that allow their views to cloud their judgement, it is not a one sided affair...Would you be for removing any judge be it a 'liberal' or 'conservative' if they do not rule on upholding the 'constitution' and not the 'law'...The big C is the most important IMO.

    This part I agree with...

On this one, I guess you watch fox and nothing else? I will not put the blame on GWB directly, there have however been members within the administration who have advocated for certain torture related treatments, there is no real way of denying that.

Don't you mean Afghanistan? Where our real enemies were, not Iraq? Terrorist attack since 9/11? Ohyeah that's right they happened every day in the US before....LOL

So in other words no way for you to deny what was posted? Of course it can be viewed as progress, but who's progress and what will the outcome be in the end is the real question.

That is in the eye of the beholder.....

This thread used to be fun, it now however has become nothing more than a bash fest on posters instead of anyone actually putting out any real information, with only a couple of exceptions,,I hope you know who you are ;)

I don't mind debating with people who don't agree with me, I actually give more respect to someone who actually tries to make a thought out argument against my position than someone who simply chearleads on my side, or has absolutely no clue yet still 'thinks' they are correct...

Mia I didn't pick your post in particular to rant on this, just came in and it was the latest one up....I did see a few spots of it that I realy think are bent and not factual, and nothing more than speaches I've heard over and over from the right wing, the reason I responded.

I hope everyone is well, and has a happy holliday season----

MERRY CHRISTMAS for all fellow christians.

and a happy new year :D

I might check up on the thread here and there,,,but for the time being don't plan on responding or posting anytime soon. Who knows maybe I'll break that promise, only time will tell.

Official: Bush authorized spying multiple times
Senior intelligence officer says President personally gave NSA permission
NEW YORK - President Bush has personally authorized a secretive eavesdropping program in the United States more than three dozen times since October 2001, a senior intelligence official said Friday night.

The disclosure follows angry demands by lawmakers earlier in the day for a congressional inquiry into whether the monitoring by the highly secretive National Security Agency violated civil liberties.

“There is no doubt that this is inappropriate,” declared Republican Sen. Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He promised hearings early next year

why is it bogus? Is it because you haven't heard it on fox news yet?

The story was made up. Look it up. It's false. NBC already admitted it this afternoon.
