i need a good FREE anti virus can any 1 give me some names

ive never scanned my pc for about a year and its running so slow now and in task manager there is so many things running which i have no idea what they are

I recommend Avast Free 4.8 Home Edition alongwith Zone Alarm Firewall. Both keep me safe since long time.
