I was thinking of making a informative site or campaign against a corporation or groups of corporations. I would like to know whether AdSense can be used on these types of sites because of this point which I saw in the program policies. I would like to know what they mean by "group or organization". One specific site, Boycott-RIAA.com uses AdSense. I was wondering if that does not count as an advocation against a group or organization.
Wow. Yeah, I think you're reading the rule right, and the site you mentioned certainly seems to be advocating against an organization. Though "advocating" can be interpreted in many different ways, I think it would be hard to say that an entity whose slogan is "Take a stand against..." and whose URL includes "boycott..." isn't advocating against the target. I would read the rule to prohibit the use of AdSense on that website or a similar one. But, then again, I'm not Google.
Well, I just saw a political radio website with Google ads that you can say was against an opposite political group.
