The BIN: The BIN is calculated at roughly 6 months its average monthly earning. So from Jan 1st 2011 to Dec 1st 2011 the site made $770-(I could of calculated just the last 6 months but recent earnings would have skewed figures).

$770/11 months = $70/mth. Therefore $70 x 6mths = $420. The Bin is actually higher than this but I am willing to take around $400-ish.

UPDATE: I made a mistake with the monthly stats - I stupidly quoted the the 6 mth UV's screenshot which are 10K+. For the last month UV's they were about 2K plus and PV's about 3K - See here.

Here is the last 7 days statcounter xls of stats which lists all the KW's found through the SE's etc.

Briefly - why am I getting rid of this site? Well I injured my arm in a mountain bike accident and I've maxed out my Bupa card in Bangkok (from UK), so forced to sell site.

So - This is a lovely little earner and one I seriously don't want to get rid off as it's pretty reliable as most months it generates dollars to hit my paypal acc.

*** Note: The end of the year and the beginning of the year are good for anti-aging face product sales.

The last 15 days of Nov 2011 have made me $275. This market kind of flattens out during middle of the year.

Whilst DP see's only 37 Back Links, there are nearly 300 ezines/articlebase articles out there sending in targeted traffic, plus it ranks well for some real nice KW's.

The money sources are 90% markethealth - you have a screenshot of the stats above. I've never run adsense on the site. Moreniche made me a couple of $60 eyesecrets sales and had a couple from markethealth in the last half of November last month. I just stuck that maxbounty banner in cos it's christmas, normally it's just a clean site.
