Well, I can't comment on that but Xoom services are also available in Filipinos I can't understand what is the need to use xoom service to send money from a personal or premier account to a US bank account? Add a US bank account directly to an Indian paypal account (either personal or premier) and withdraw funds to your US bank account. Will take a maximum of 3-4 days for the money to reach your bank account. There is no need to pay xoom fees for such a transfer, it is free if you add a bank account to your paypal account.
