As you noted there are many value added benefits with 3.1

 

if you want to make something productive in terms of information, an unbiased approach is how you should go about it.

a write-up of all the scripts and comparisons to their features is something that would be useful.

something along the lines of a single type 'why' isn't very informative at all.

 

yes an0n its true that my blog is biased but i said its my opinion and opinions are biased. I just think people shud use phpLD because of the multiple features ... if u disagree feel free to make ur own blog and make an article to express your own opinion

100% TRUE. One should not make a judgement with only one eye open. If ever a comparision is to be made-- then there should be a huge effort to study all the features of all scripts available and a methodology to judge strengths and weaknesses of all of them. The one that score highest should be the WINNER.
