Answer for my question

    Let suppose if i have a good site means quality site, design, frequently updated site and having unique content in it but i have no backlink for it and no Off page seo for this, then can i get traffic and can i get good ranking in SERP ..?

    NO. You need backlinks. The boots can not see how good looking is your site.

    agree with cronical, there is no way u can get good SERP without backlinking. I've been there. so u better start making good backlinks

    At least some back links may be through comment posting is required to bring a site in SERP and to hold a position in top 10 undoubtedly you need lots of quality back links. New back links are always useful in boosting SERP.

    You need to promote your blog or else you won't get traffic to it so you need backlinks. Besides, if you do not have traffic going into your site, you won't get your site to rank in the SERPs. One way that search engines can tell if your site has relevance is through traffic going into your site as well as bounce rate. So you need to actively promote your site and let the world know you have a great site.

    You have to do the OffPage SE Optimization. This process can bring quality backlinks. Those will be helpful to improve your SERP & PR.
