Buying ANPR script using php

    Hi,

    I am trying to find someone who can write a ANPR script using php.

    This is how I want it to work.

    I would want 1 function which takes an image location (either starting with http:// or a local one) and then returns either false if it failed to detect the number plate or the characters of the number plate.

    At first I will need a script that works with UK number plates but may require scripts for other countries too.

    So if you can do it, send me a pm with the price and by when you can have it finished.

    Your iTrader needs to be 100% and at least 10 iTraders. All others get ignored.
