Another "why was my account closed" question

I am sure you see this a lot but I can not figure out why my account got closed. Would anyone be willing to take a look? It is a humor based blog and more, The site can be viewed at http://www.laughsonthenet.com

 

Maybe because of the footer link that says "online casino" ,

Did you read their ToS?

 

may be copyrighted contents?

 

what type email you receive, "Invalid activity or Policy violation or invalid clicks"?

 

Three possibility :
1.Invalid click or click fraud
2.Posting copyrighted articles or images
3.Footer link to "Online Casino"

 

Yes, pages with adsense must not have any content or links to casino games. You used a free template with a footer link to a casino site, then this could be a good enough reason for adsense to ban your site and perhaps your whole account, dpeending on your account history.

If only the site had ads disabled, then you may have had a chance to see the site unbanned. For the whole account, I'm not sure, never had to do it. Try it.

 

How many ad units did you used?
If those are more than three then it also may be a reason for ban
You should read their tos

 

There was only 2 ads and I just looked. The account was just disabled, not banned. So perhaps I have a chance.

Sounds like a good sign! at least you are lucky that its not banned!
remove that casino link and give it a shot again.

 

Read well the email which they've sent you saying the ads have been disabled on the site. There is a link to some page where you can contact them about your site and say what you've done (removed the casino link which was from a free template) and ask for enabling the ads, it might work, it worked for me in another occasion (not for casino link, but another violation)

 

Remember another notice may banned you account

OK thank you everyone. I would hate to lose google ads. I will look at the e-mail again when I get home and write something up to send into them. I was just trying to be nice and leave the footer of the person who designed the template I am using and then it appears to have backfired on me.

When I write to them should I mention that I removed the link?

Most Probably u made changes in ads banner or not obey the account policies.....
