CP Consultancy, - Again the url submitted is the same at the Paypal email address so I can't figure out how this could be fraud. Someone hacks the Paypal account and starts buying submissions for the actual company itself? Anyone else got this one?
Got one recently. Windows shutters is what the guy bought link for. Got a mail today from paypal for enquiry. The payments were held up. In anycase, i have just mailed paypaL, I told them that whatever the case be, i am not gonna refund the payments This guy buys a featured, and then fourth day after approval, he files for refund. Warning!!!!

Hmmmm not so sure, has anyone tried to contact him / her? I had sales from this person back in February without any problems.
I got this one too. I'd be a bit more cautious with this one. From what I saw, it looked to me like *Paypal* initiated this rather than the buyer, so I've left his listing live for now. We'll see what happens.
I got one of these today as well, same @blindsuck.net email address, bought a sponsor listing for a shutter site, then Paypal flagged it.
Paypal is no ones bitch, and one can complain to paypal as much as they want but in most cases if item is non-tangible or is a service paypal provides seller no protection, so unless you got seller protection for that particular transaction , i doubt paypal will give crap about whatever you say or appeal. But good luck in the end. They will just withdraw the money from you account and if you do not have fund or bank either, it will not be a surprise that you find your paypal account banned or terminated. So be careful guys with paypal, and remember i have been waiting now for over 2.5 years for my 30 $ that paypal owes me cause of some fraud done to me, paypal gives "S" about it.

yes CP Consultancy did made 2 to 3 submission in 1 of the dir. And his first submission was held by paypal, which paypal took 25 days for investigation and return the money to buyer. But i contacted CP Consultancy and they paid me again. There other submissions are working fine. BTW this is the link they submit www. flooring2floors.co.uk
