Another twitter.com account for sale on ebay. Is it worth it?

    wow theres all this hype about twitter lately, once too many marketers use it it's just gonna be another one of those things where the company gets wiser and puts their security up and makes itt harder for marketers to work effectively.
    I say, don't buy a twitter account, use it naturally and be active, it's not just another spamming tool!

    Have you (or anyone) used it for specific marketing?

    From my own personal experience I have found it takes a while to even get followers.

    Not hard to get followers but Twitter fanboys really hate this sort of stuff. Sure you can use it to market and I can't say for certain how well it works but I can't imagine it being super great compare to some of the other marketing medians available.

    I don't see how this would help indeed. As far as they understand that's a sold account and you will lose your followers.

    $1500 for a Twitter.com account is overkill. There is no way that price for one account is worth it.

    Actually selling a twitter account sucks! Your followers go crazy as they wanted rants from you, not someone else!
    No one should buy that kinda accounts.
