Ok It happened to me too. Some guy has stolen my Art History Timeline which I putted many hours to make. Now this guy opened a forum and so that he have some content he copy/pasted all my timelines into his forum. I do want to send him friendly email first but I need some template to do so. I am really lost here what to write to him. Should be threat or just friendly suggestion for him to remove content.

this is the page where he putted my content

It's good to start with a firm but polite request. If you get no joy from that, move on to complaining to his ISP and advertisers, and getting his site removed from search engines with a DMCA notice.

I had a guy who stole my whole website, word for word, design and everything else. He actually did this a month after I sold that website, but it still pissed me off. The guy I sold the website to actually changed the design, but the content still remained the same. This was almost two years ago, and since then the website was not updated. Nevertheless, the stolen website is first on MSN for the main keyword my old website was targeting. How nice...

With all the unethical speclutive work and mega chaep logos on here it gives me the impression alot of copyright theft and dodgy stuff goes on in this forum.
