No matter where I try grabbing your test file from, I'm not getting more than ~12mbit. Also, what do you mean by "Premium Bandwidth"? It looks like you're exclusively on AT&T bandwidth - no BGP in case AT&T flaps/has maintenance, etc? Also, how much would adding a KVM-over-IP port add to the cost of a server?
