    You go for another social networking site by Google is Google Plus. Its functionality is different but best way to meet people.

    I dont think twitter is similar to FB. Twitter is microblogging platform where FB is not. And Twitter havent chat facility. Google plus is the best alternative.

    I think google+ is the best similar to facebook. Also you can use google, twitter etc.
