    Hi all. Iam looking to buy site with income and organic traffic ( google.com).
    Requirements:
    1. Organic and direct traffic is prefered
    2. Avg 500 UV per day
    3. No clickunder and popunder
    4. > 1 year old
    5. CMS WP is prefered.
    Budget = income * 6 monthes.
