Another SEO Review appreciated

I'm learing the ropes with regards to SEO, but I've been working on my site and was wondering how I'm going?

I've just read that I shouldn't mention one word more than a few times (three I think) in my tags but I seem to have gone overboard perhaps, mainly with the word golf!

I had a look at youir sites and viewed your source code.

This is a major no no. Too much keywords in yor keyword meta tag.
