Another Search Box problem

    I pretty much finally figured this one out for myself, thanks for the help.

    How can I get the above text link to be closer to the search box below it? Please see the very top of www.i-submits.com

    A free permanent featured link to the person that can solve my problem.

    That does not seem to change anything (I tried 5 and 55 for height), please look if I am doing it right.
