he scammed other users too I think.. he bought e-gold from razvans and charge back after he got the e-gold.. beware of these guys..
I doubt you can put him in jail for this But I guess you can leave a negative itrader and Red Rep for him. We can't do anything about our money mates. Patience is the only thing and this is the time to learn who to deal with, when to deal. So hopefully there won't be much cases with you all again (Including me).
Admins/Mods will not give any IP because this is against privacy policy of members. Even though he is a scammer but I highly doubt that Admin/Mod will tell his IP address. Just try to reach him with the info you already have and our best wishes are with you mate.
To suggest most new members are proving to be scammers is somewhat over the top. Sure, there are quitre a few, but not that many. Its good you let eveyone know about this particular individual. It seems the money exchanges i where the real probles are ocurring.
Unfortunately, you need to wait to deal with someone who has been here a while. Trust takes a while and if they just joined, I do not like dealing with them. Just be thankful that it was only $11, I have seen people on here be scammed for hundreds. It is best to look for members who have been on DP a while and have a really good rep and all positive Itrade. Count it as a life lesson, not much else you can do.
Wow, the scammer's rep got back up to green before he/her was banned. I'm thinking the person has multiple accounts.

Well...I'm really glad I diden't run into this guy, though I sell more than buy (i dont' really buy at all actually). What I don't get is....why do people do this? I've never understood why people would deliberately try to make other people miserable or just hurt them for no reason other than their own good. We need more nice people in this world :S Anyways, I really hope everyone resolves their locked account issues and maybe even get their money back. I'd like to see this person pay for what he or she's done, but, I woulden't be surprised if he or she completely got away with out any consequences. It's a shame. ...It's allso a shame that this person used the greatness of Final Fantasy in such a shamefull way :-P

my paypal gone red too... why wud people do something like this.. i think we should request MODS to implement some rules for trade exchange.. like heavy post count or certain number of iT.. but still you cant guarantee someone is going to screw you off the hook. there shud be a way to overcome any of this.. think guys.. think!!!
Well many people scammed by that fallow and I think DP should be make rule for money exchanges because many people scammed with new members when they tarnsfer money.
Its amazing that he has swindled several people at one go. These scammers are making the life of honest newcommers miserable!
Those members from DP who have traded with this man from e-gold to paypal , you can forget the money. The only guy who has a change to receive his money back is razvans Take a look in your 2checkout account , and find more informations. If you have more informations , then you can sue this guy Try to contact 2Co, and i am sure you will receive 100 % an answer. I have a friend who is a good lawyer, and this scamms in internet are very easy stuff for him, when you have some informations. Even if you don't have some contracts you can sue him very easy. I thing this calls mutual agreement, which now a days can send you in jail very easy. Just for a few years, but it is still enough.
