    hello
I was searching a Virtual CC for shopping (Link) and he sent me a PM of his thread

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=425730

so , i sent him 79$ for a cc of 70$ by paypal ...and he asked me to not mention the cc in the subject of paypal to not limiting his paypal account .
I was suspecting on his action but instead of that i decided to purshass the cc from him because i needed it urgently ..

but he gave me a False CC ..and didnt refundd the money .
he told me that he withrawed the money from his pp account ..and i should wait some time to refund me .

and here are some screenshots about some PM's

That was kind of your fault :/. The lesson here is don't do large trades with people who have 0 iTrader...it's asking for trouble. Have you reported this to mods?

Good luck with that, I got scammed out of $200 once and I got $5 back. Paypal returns are pathetic.

They give refunds only if there is money in tehaccount that are refunded from. If you make a charge back from your credit card PayPal have to give refund by force.

Another guy scammed. This is BS. There are a lot of scammers here these days. I used to say there are some but I was wrong.

Hope you get your money back.

It's getting to the point on DP you shouldn't be able to access the BST section until you pay a small deposit on your own CC card. can't trust anyone it seems. eeekie

This would not work because they can just use one of those VCC cards and it is a small price to pay a few bucks if you can scam a lot more from people. The key here is to know who you are dealing with and only deal with reputable members.
I am not sure if Paypal will do anything because I am not sure this is a legal trade by Paypal's standards. :(

Well trading with a member with 0 Itrades is a risk you took yourself.
A choice you made yourself.. and what he has only 36 posts. So what does he have to loose, that is what you should of asked yourself.
