another scamer------payment still not recieved after 3 days

hello every one i worked for karaoke.I helped him in vb matter,i make a tutoril for him to understand every thing.

I ask him for money but in replied he said

"I sent u your payment but from my country there is some kind of delay and you will receive your half (20 $) in 2-3 days.But i am going to the country side tomorrow and it is very urgently for me to understand how to have ads after each post so please explain me and i will send u the rest"


But today is third day,still not recieved money from him

what should i do now?

Only thing you can do is leave bad Itrader and rep., not much else you can do.

i think you must wait, jus see for couple of days and email him, sometimes people dont come online who are new, just tell him to give the proof of money being sent, if he has sent he should show the paypal transaction code. make everything clear and then if he doesnt pay, claim him as a scammer

 

Well you hav eto wait for sometimes because sometimes members didn't online all days or may be bussy in some works. You should cotanct him.

 

Leave him a negative iTrader and do not deal with him again.

I would say give hime just a bit more time, but not much. You never know what might happen with someone and it is usually best to give them the benefit of a doubt.
