He is doing fine until 2 month later (after I kept asking when will the design finished), he said the design cannot be integrated on my site! WTF!!! he then said to me that the agreement are not involving him to integrate. That is a BIG LOL! Today, I found out a site that can let me know who has delete me in their contact and surprised, HE DID! So, I went to contact him through DP PM system and haven't yet to receive any reply. Same goes with email. To Sam, just to let you know that I have your resident address in UK and would not hesitate to use it to get my money back, I also have all the MSN transcript of our chat in case it will be used for proof. Lastly, I have a credit card statement which has the charges printed on it so I can ask the bank to involve. He then offer me $250 to do it. I try to send him money but seems my paypal account did not allow me to sent money to him, kept getting cannot fund the trasaction with credit cards at this time error, eventhough my card are still valid. So, he offer me to buy him Rockband on amazon and send the item to him. I do as he wanted and it cost $185.47. However if we do it with paypal then it will take awhile, because my account is limited for some reason. I cant transfer money. All too common an occurrence I'm sorry to say. You really do have to do your homework before dealing with anyone here on DP.
Actually, when I hired him, I did not notice of his itrader. and plus, I was new to the forum at that time.
sad but true through my understanding, awak can request a chargeback from the credit card if the timeframe is not exceed 3 months
You need to use the itrader system. Have you left a negative itrader? Another warning sign is that both people that you hired where having paypal problems.
Be aware next time whenever you do a business on DP. It seems, very less number of people are serious about their job and honest. Sorry to hear about you.

You must be more careful when conduction business. Always find out who the person is and never make payment up front.
