Yeah devin sounds prefect for a negative reps....

I guess everyone should use it for giving Red reps...

 

I've given only one red rep so far and that one was unsigned. But now on, I think I will sign it ~Aragorn (unless the person has 10 big green blobs )

(I don't sign red reps BTW, but I will leave a reason why I sent it.. i rarely did rep red though)

 

i have been a member since 2004, what you learn in all that time, is who would and who wouldn't rep you, either red or green, you also learn peoples personalities and know it is out of character for them to give you red rep for a post that they gave it for and signed it. thats why i knew bender didn't give it.

but looking at it now, it seems that someone is red rep'ing people and signing them with the members that have 10 blob or more, in the hope that the person they rep'd, will red rep the power member, who in return will rep them back some red only taking a lot more than the original 1 blob wonder can.

i think anyone who gets one and can confirm it with the person that it was signed as, should post a screen shot so we can build a patten

 

Yaa i hate repping users red, unless its really really important, i just ignore the user.. You can see my full stats at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=286676 , for some odd reason it got moved to general chat , and none of the mods ever told me why it got moved from underground to GC as i see ooh completed bla bla posts in underground section not in GC section and its one of those threads.

i red ocassionally. i almost redded sammie once because she was giving a really terrible advice to a newbie and didn't say it was a joke, but i just greened her a few posts back so she got away.

If you have a lot of rep (light green blobs), doesnt it take 10 rep points away when you neg someone?

You're not alone. I also faced similar situation.

 

I actually asked Rob if i could rep someone like:

"Even i hate you ~ Shawn Hogan"

The answer was:

"Uhuh, yea that would end up in a "kick in da balls" aka "infraction"


So yea report it!
And you'll get some help from dem mods.
