-edit- I guess this was a "tasteless" prank so I will explain to you what it actually does. You will end up with a never ending flow of popups and will have to restart your comp. -edit- 1) Save your work just in case. 2) Start a new txt document 3) Type: start ramboost.bat ramboost.bat 4) Save txt file as ramboost.bat to your desktop or something 5) Run it and watch your comp speed up
I would suggest not doing this. I know on windows 98 it brings up a non stop pop up of start ramboost and makes your CPU wanna crash. Not sure what results it has on xp.
Someone hacked ur account or wat ? Dude! atleast warn people before you post such crap, I lost my important unsaved data bcoz of ur foolish prank Moral of the story : Please save all your work before you try this shit out @OP get a life!
You should have considered applying some common sense. start ramboost.bat and save it with same file name? where's the ram 'boosting' code?
Its funny how all my real life friend found this funny and went around pranking others, whereas webmasters tell me to get a life. Ah the irony. Sorry for any inconvenience anyway.
