    how do you know it is a do-follow blog and how can I benefit from it. how do I know it is affecting my google rankings ??

    posting to No-Follow blogs is sometimes useful.There are some of them with high PR will provide you with a backlink if they consider your post to be relevant and not just posting for link....Cheers

    Instead of checking source if you are using Firefox, right click on any comment --> Properties. If its nofollow then
    "relation" property will show it. Otherwise it follow link.
