I have used Naif, very good coder, fast, quality work and will ask for payment upon completion and delivery of the finished product.

I feel bad for becoming the topic of a thread here on DP, but I guess I have some explaining to do. Indeed, I was away since Thursday evening as I went to two nearby cities to see a couple of cars. I know words are nothing without proof, but at the moment I can't offer you more than my blogpost (in Romanian) made on Saturday regarding my last trip.

During this time, I only passed home for a couple hours and did not check my e-mail.

There was no need for a PayPal dispute to be opened, from what concerns me. My iTrader and reputation are overall positive and I did not screw anyone. Less likely to start doing that now.
Plus, we initially agreed for a $75 on the PSD delivery and the rest of the $75 on the completion. I did deliver the PSD and he did pay up the money, I don't see any misunderstanding regarding that.

Like I said in his PM, I can still do the work starting tomorrow. For what I care, I can give him the PSD and refund him the money. I just hate being tagged as a dishonest person, because that's not what I am.
