    VCC still work with Paypal and are being used by people to verify their accounts.
    Many people including me are selling VCC's on this forum.

    you know there is a legal way of using a credit card.
    It's called a debit card. I've got one. It's got the visa logo on it,issued by my bank..but instead of paying interest on borrowed fund,it uses the funds in my savings/transaction account. So it actually saves money on fees. And I can shop freely online or wherever visa is accepted or when i need a cc.
    Same pin to use it as a cc or normal atm card. NOT all banks offer this...or they keep hush hush about it,becuase they prefer to push the credit cards on people...
    So much of this VCC stuff could be avoided.
