i just heard from my partner remit2india(Times of India Group) , moneybookers are allowed in India. Also he says he recieved High xxxx$ from xoom too and i remember your thread where you said No No to xoom. He pays taxes on all the xoom credits and says no problem in recieving money through that, because xoom also allows bank 2 bank transfers.
Bro again am talking of the base concept, the money has to touch your bank account! And Xoom/Remit2india/cash2india/western union are not supposed to materialise any business transactions to India as per the Indian law... Try calling them, they will accept it Abhishek
