Another PageRank Flaw?

I was just doing a little research online and came across a PageRank oddity (at least to me). If you visit this webpage and click almost any link the page you go to a PR 6 page, then click a local site link and go 'back' in your browser. You will then see the true PR of the page .I did not test them all but here is a screen capture of what I did test.

So what appears to be happening is false PR on page entry, if you refresh it remains false but if you go 1 link deep a go back the PR value displays true!

Has anyone else seen this before? It seems similar to the redirect flaw...strange!

Yup LOL, that's one thing that I didn't consider...Still strange to me, I have cleared my cauch, uninstalled the toolbar and reinstalled and I am still getting this. I also noticed that when you click a link you actually are being redirected VERY quickly, but if you watch your URL toolbar you'll see it, unless that's just me too ;).

I am using IE V6 and when you mouse over a hyperlink it displays in the lower left before you actually click it. The when you click it you go to http://rds.... then to the destination URL shown in IE lower left. If you go and do a search at Yahoo then roll the mouse over any link in serps you see it in the lower left, Yahoo shows that you are about to go to http://rds.yahoo... yet the business.com listing doesn't show it, but you are in fact, being redirected:confused:. I dunno maybe I've got too much time on my hand stoday :).
