knownowppc please tell me landing page software too, sounds interesting. 30 sales in a day is a lot...I know its not as ez as affiliate program but you should consider finding some vendors to drop ship for you - I make anywhere from 20 to 30% on my sales, have several employees answering phones...its got drawbacks tho as my company is responsible for customers happiness, tracking #'s, returns, etc...

I'm getting involved in niche sites for both affiliate sales and for my own (drop shipped by my vendors) - when we drop ship, the customer is my customer and we get many repeat sales which is huge benefit over affiliate. I am set up with most vendors on 30 day net 2 with payment due by the 10th of each month...it might seem like a big deal as I have to write vendors checks but I collect the money from customers before we have anything ship out so the money is already there.

I work 12+ hour days though and check sales constantly so getting affiliate money coming in for less hours work sounds really nice.

on 30 sales/day...WOW I would make a miniature fortune...

Sure, the learning curve is really important on PPC, you said you expend 3k to make 8k, so your net profit is 5k?

 

Affiliate marketing has really no cap to the earnings a person can make... but you need to be a top 1% at this. It's like day trading, the top 1% of people make all the money. If you are short info, you'll spin your wheels.

Have you sent you the software that I'm using. As for your drop-ship business I really admire your hard work and dedication. However having been done internet marketing for last 5 years I'm of course biased towards IM.

I do not need to handle the customers, shipment, payments or anything else.. my job is simply to sell. Merchant handles everything else.

You mentioned working 12+ hrs days, I really hope you are making 6 figure income, because I work 3-4 hrs a day and make that much very easily.

Again I respect what you are doing for yourself and your family.. I'm just saying all these things not to impress you.. but to impress 'upon' you that you can have a great income stream without a lot of hard work. In essense work smart not hard.

So you do your own testing rather than rely on CJs figures? I would think their numbers of avg clicks per sale would be more accurate as they cover the whole site. Just wondering

 

precious007, yes I share one of the CJ products in my videos, of course I want to keep rest of them to myself. However I have to share at least one so to illustrate the exact strategies that I'm doing rather than have an abstract explaining to do.

kris, yes I do very much test on my own. Once in a while I do like to check epc etc, but that may not mean a whole lot. There could be an affiliate directing untargeted traffic which could bring down the stats for that merchant big time.
