The site pertains to learning search engine optimization on your own for small business owners. There is no tagline but if you think you can influence me with one then use it. Logo should be "rounded" instead of a "square look".

Here's my shot at it - 100% Vector -
I decided to combine 3 elements of Success into one logo/crest while keeping it round as you specified, each depicting progress so that the viewer instantly understands what the site offers "SUCCESS on many levels"!

for the color, you can visit rank-yourself.com . It will need to be green and the background will need to be like that of the top header.
