Contest Another Logo Contest $40 - Winner will be Chosen! 72 Hours?

Just as all of my other contests, a winner WILL be chosen, and will be paid. No time wasting. This however is for myself, and my partner, so I will be commenting, and comments from my partner as well. There will be no client like my other threads.

I need a logo designed for a company called:

SEOAhoy. You can leave it one word, or make it two. SEO Ahoy (whichever looks better for your design).

IDEA:
We provide simple SEO and Social Monitoring tools.
High quality at low costs, and we're fun!

On this logo design, there doesn't need to be any mascot with the logo, as I will be holding a FEW more contests with this same company for a mascot, and then a full design.

Colors, and design is fully up to your control, as we are scratching our old design and revamping.

Wanting to make this contest 72 hours, as I want to get the show on the road, but I need to make sure there is a logo I can't live without first.

pehulz - i definitely like yours, but not sure on the colors.. i like how you designed a ship out of it. But not sure if need that, as we will be making a mascot later. (but i will talk with my partner)

Yes Sorry, New Years eve, and NFL kept me away sorry .

I am probably going to pick a winner tonight.. I just need to confirm with my partner.

But:

logosedesign - not fond of the all one color.
sm - sorry not what we are looking for (id prefer a horizontal all one line logo)
joko - i kinda like it, but not so dark, and dont know whats on the flag
pehulz - i like the new colors better, but i liked the fin to, but just make the fin smaller even with the top of the ahoy bubble. maybe add some gloss, shading or something and play with colors
dr - sorry not what we are looking for

The leaders so far are (not in order)

ajma blue / green version - if you see this, please revise it a couple times for us.
