in regards to all of your questions there are many fre ebanners, graphics and images you can use that they give you ort can you can do your own and you can link to any page in their network by using the affiliate link at the bottom of the pages it's a killer porgram with great conversion, any other questions just ask

 

What sort of % do you turn into sign-ups? And what sources do you use to promote? Do you have your own websites that you use to promote or do you go down the road of PPC etc.
