    Hm..I found 404 errors on pagination.
    For example, on this page, http://www.cityofcalgaryjobs.com/ca/chartered-accountant.html#.VM0BJEK4lTJ, when I click on page 1, 2 or any else there is 404 which is really bad for search engines.

    Well, I like bootstrap template as it's clean and very readable so design in ok.
    About some site, I don't know. This is just indeed.com RSS feeds or their API? You provide only searchable ads and then everything goes to indeed.com?

    And, but this is just my opinion, I would remove google ads on right, just leave Yahoo. For me, it's little overcrowded wit ads now.
    I would also remove links where there is no jobs, or at least remove ads on those pages because it doesn't look very professional when you have empty page and lots of ads on it. Example: http://www.cityofcalgaryjobs.com/search.php?keyword=&location=wetaskiwin&co=ca&jt=internship#.VM5GuUK4lTI

    Other is good.

    Gotten rid of the advert on the home page, along with the adsense on the sidebar.
