Well, yeah i know that there is a lot of these threads.
But i just find this a little bit to weird. Earlier, like a year ago i had an adsense account, but i got banned because of illegal click activity. Well, that was totally okay, since i did click my own ads(I had not read the faq, so i accepted my ban, which was totally fair). But then i created a new account for like one month ago, and i haven't done anything illegal refering to the faq.

But i check my email today, just to see that i have been banned because i had en account one year ago which got banned because of illegal click activity.

I just find it a little bit weird, that they would ban you because you have made an mistake ONE year ago.

Why is it weird? You tried to swindle money from them before.

This is business and most companies don’t give benefit of the doubt when it comes to breaking their rules.

While I don't think you have a case here, there is a point that needs to be made.

The adsense team is obviously wasting it's time and the money of publishers if they can't catch this at sign up time.

Do they give back the click money to publishers in this case? I doubt it.

Did they use you if they keep your cut after allowing you to show ads on your property? Seems so.

Just goes to show, if the evil is good for google, it's ok. But then the hypocrits tell others do no evil.

Google is a do as we say, not as we do company. But it will catch up with them eventually.

But the point is, you didn't "get" banned. You WERE banned already for breaking the rules.

Once you are banned from adsense, you are banned permanently. They told you this in the email they sent to you last time you were banned, if you didnt take that onboard then I have no sympathy. Its essentially stealing money from advertisers when you click your ads because you have absolutely no interest in what they are offering, you just wanted to line your own pockets.

Banned once, banned forever. This makes perfectly good business sense, because the vast majority of publishers who prove themselves to be untrustworthy will remain so. The leopard doesn't change its spots, and all that. It's also a policy that will discourage people who are intending to cheat the system.

Try joining adsense with your family's name if you get banned! That's some trick to joining adsense again.

    Peace

Well, we are two people who run the site, so we will just try signing up using his name. But its crap, since we have lost all our earnings. ;(.

Well of course he is banned forever - it's the only kind of ban that Google dispenses - I thought your 'uncle' would have explained all this to you.

Go and ask him nicely and he'll tell you all about it. That was today's tipstrick on the subject of Google bans.

I was busy banging my head against my desk....These threads are getting worse...The guy creates a new fraudalent account to get around a ban (one he admits to deserving) then wonders why Google bounces him when cheque time comes.

Google really needs to do two things

a.) Check every site and only allow ads to display upon approval
b.) Require proof of age - I know all those under 16 or 18 aren't fraudsters but it certainly seems a lot have little respect for the TOS of the program

You have to represent that you are at least 18 years old when you sign up for Adsense. Maybe some of the people who were "terminated for no reason" were actually terminated because they made false representations when they signed up and Google figured it out.
