10px isn't really that much. I'd go for more.

I think it is not against TOS, no code changes has been done.

wow it is very clever! never seen anything like it. he might be inviolation because of the border - it's too thin, almost invisible. of course, the popup is another problem.

jacksont123, your ads look pretty okay too! the text color blends very well into the whole site and the images have borders around them which also match the theme of the site.

I haven't used images but blended the text colors. I know google promotes blending but they also have some strange/unknown line that you can't cross. Anyone think I would have problems with this?

I have seen a lot better blending on other sites that you have no idea whether its an ad or a normal link.

I'm too scared ...so I just put visible line border :) and my CTR still good. You can see the example on my leaderboard banner in my forum.

i think they need to have a clear border between the ad and the picture.

I am sure they will get in trouble for this. The video is definitely drawing attention to the ads. There is no border round the images. There is a popup on the page. I wouldn't copy this design until you've checked it with Google.

To be honest. No clicks yet, and i have had it up for about a week or so now, getting around 150 uniques a day. It's a fairly new site so we will see how it goes.
