    Hey,

So if you are one of those that loves Article Marketing....

Google is bitch slapping them. If you have notice they havne't taken the best lking to Ezine Articles, my traffic is down at least 35% recently, and the normal 600 views I get from traffic is not there anymore.

I don't know if this is permanent, but it is sure somethign to talk about.

    What are you talking about?

How is Google "Bitch Slapping" articles/article marketers/ezing articles?

    So I guess no, I haven't noticed.

Care to offer a little clarification?

Are you basing this on the SERP and traffic results of just one website, or on any announcement from Google or evidence from a wider range of article websites?

I wonder if you do not have a point, but when I look at the Alexa traffic ranking for ezinearticles.com they seem to be steady. So traffic at their site does not seem to be declining.

I've noticed associatedcontent.com has a greater presence in Google serps than ezinearticles. The problem with this site is that there are no links within the article allowed, but a buried section for 'external resources' AND those links are nofollowed. Not worthwhile creating content for this site unless you like earning a few pennies for the ad share.

You'll see a high ranking Google VP on that website's board: associatedcontent.com/directors.html

Please site sources that brings you to this conclusion other than "your traffic is down."

I've been saying this for a couple of years, don't put all your eggs in the one basket.. Obtain backlinks from multiple sources. If you rely on hammering the article directories day in day out and Google devalues these in any way of course your going to drop like a rock.

Article submissions havn't been brilliant since Google altered their Dup Content/Supp Index algo values.

if you submit one article to the 500 directories, G will block it because of the dub. content. articles sites like ezinearticles.com is getting good traffic from google and they will continue to recieve
