    Hello,

    Well i'm at it again with yet another free offer.

    Due to the great response from my last giveaway, i'm doing it again with another of my directories.

    I've opened up my directory, Partiality to accept free regular submissions, NO recip required.

    The directory is currently PR2, which will rise in the next update as i've tied it in to a network of sites.

    The Bonus

    Same as my last promotion on i ran on chumps.info

    Update
