If you want to get there, don't be a single person publisher.

If you can attrack 200,000 page views monthly, link up with another 10 sites who have the same page views. Get together on moving your sites to one mega-site. You'll get to 20,000,000 page views, be able to modify your ads, share the revenue, and boom! Everyone's happy.

Name _one_ premium publisher that works alone. Heck, name one wealthy publisher that works alone. Always work as a team, friends!

 

It should not take more than 20 years to reach that goal with my current pace IMO
