Another clickbank outage

    Just had a look on my clickbank account and it says that there was a outage on the paypal system yesterday morning, explains why sales were slow

    BAD BAD BAD, I was making 4-5 sales a day in a row, and yesterday no sales, and more hits!!! same today, no sales and no hits. I called cb and they said nothing was wrong with my account.

    yeah its funny that, I'm begginning to think the problem lies deeper than trends in the traffic.

    im beginning to differenciate a lot now, its getting wierd, whenever they make an update sales are down.

    its just so odd that how when they make updates u lose on sales, they should have a seperate server for our sales..

    Yeah I reckon thats a great idea, but I dont own the company so not much we can do about it. Hopefully they'll have ironed out their problems soon.

    Seems like yesterday's PayPal outage shouldn't have had too much of an impact on our overall sales performance yesterday.

    It was from 9:39 a.m. PST to 11:27 a.m. PST so it was under 2 hours, and PayPal only accounts for about 1/3 of sales. Therefore, statistically 1/3 of our sales were compromised for less than two hours.

    Furthermore, it was an outage by PayPal, not by CB, so not much they could have done.

    Still, it's always frustrating to not know what is causing some of us to have slumps in sales.
