another beginer adsense question

    im not a fan of adsense as i have generally had low clicks in the past.

    but i thought id give it a try and now im getting more clicks than i should,
    on my homepage of xoog (see the sig.) today ive had a 2.51% CTR...

    i think this is pretty high, google wont think im faking the clicks somehow will they?

    are bans automated or are they manually checked to see ad placements?

    No, they won't ban you for having a 2.51% CTR unless the clicks are actually fake.

    thanks, just making sure contrary to my previous opinions on how to make money, adsense is tearing my CPM banners to shreds in terms of revenue at the moment.

    ya 2.5% CTR is nothing.. Your ads are well blended.. I wouldn't worry about it..
