I opened one acnt on paypal under my wife name. Now, as I didnt have CC they blocked my accnt. Now, today I got one CC in her name. Can I ask paypal to open the accnt so that I can subm,it CC statement ? Or can I open another paypal accnt in her name ? I DID submit he rvoter ID in old accnt. Will paypal allow to open another accnt in her name?
Just give Pay Pal a call or send them an email explaining the situation. Be prepared for some exchanges of emails back and forth before they understand what you need but they will get the things done for you.
I don't think so that they block account just for the reason that not having CC in that account. Anyway give them a phone call and sort out this issue that way is best option IMO. Don't create another same account or else you will have to face problem again in future. DON.
First of all, you should try to know the reason for having her account getting a limitation. If it is for want of documentation proof of her identity, you can very well, send them the copy of her CC statement along with some utility bill. And I agree, it is best to call Paypal to clear your doubts first, before initiating any further action. Regards, RightMan
First , They limited her accounts. They asked for CC statement and when she called her she made a mistake by stating that she it verified by using VCC. Then paypal sent an email stating Appeal Denied.
As she provided technical support online to customers, she mentioned that also when paypal asked for the supplier Info.
Better don't open many accounts. Just get your last paypal verified and resolved by adding that new cc and then sending the statements to PayPal. - Digital -
From the e-mail, it appears that her account is gone...forever! Having accepted that she used a VCC for verification, I do not think Paypal would have taken it kindly. You may try calling them again and plead mercy for the mistake done. Hopefully, Paypal has a heart to get her back after you show willingness to verify again with a genuine CC! Regards, RightMan

Though it depends on paypal as their system is very very string enough to differentiate
