    They are almost identical in appearance and activity.

    But he has earned $300
    And I have earned $80

    Is it because he has more ads?

    Or what am I doing wrong? :(

    Not really the members make videos and add them often enough, I just announce the good onces. I run Sig of the weeks and clip of the week contests. Which deff helps traffic.

    I can't really do much to help it :(
