There seems to be an error in posting when using words with apostrophes like the word, "you'd" it posts it on twitter as "you\'d"

Dan, if you are not going to respond to my PMs about the fixes for this site, then I would like to null this transaction and asking you for a refund.

Sorry but I am really tired of keep pm you and not getting the support as claimed.

    Dan,

After two days of PM ( and obviously you have login in to DP) and yet to response to the fix request. Please refund the full payment (which I have PM you the Paypal transaction ID) for this transaction with the next 24 hours.

Please do so before I proceed with the dispute with Paypal and my financial institution.

    Dan,

This is my final request to refund my money for this transaction. I know you have been online check into DP but keep ignore my pleas.

Within 24 hrs if I don't receive the refund in Paypal then I will proceed with my credit card company to report fraud. Please consider this as my last warning and I really don't want to take this drastic action against you.

Please do so immediately and not play any more games.

PM Sent. Because I feel it's important to let my customers know what is going on -

Dave got the site 25 hours after Payment. This was a little show and I did apologies for it.

He then requested some small edits - I did these (for free). And now he states something needs fixing which simply does not. I've directed him these comments and ideally I would not of liked to make this public, for both our sakes! But this has happened before and it tends to be when a customer trys out a site then decides he can't promote it well enough and wants a refund. This would be like buying an Ice Cream van, finding out you don't have the time to sell Icecreams and then state that the original seller is fraud!

I certainly hope we can sort this out in a kind and plesent way. Dave I feel if you wanted you could sell on the site again, with maybe even a profit.

    Kind Regards,
    Daniel.

I want to follow-up on this on Dan's update:

The site was delivered but there was some technical issues that require fixes since the tweets were sometimes double posting and also I had requested ad insertion in between tweets. I request both the fixes and enhancement with Dan with numerous PMs and it was difficult to get a response back from.

After more than a week ( which Dan finally PMed back and indicated he would be go on vacation for a week) waited and without a response on the fixes. Another week went by and then Dan PMed again and offer partial fee return for the delay in response but I have yet to see this refund take place.

So overall I am not very satisfy with Dan's claim on post sales support. So Dan, if you are serious about offer the partial refund, please do so in good faith.

I have not issue any negative iTrader since I know Dan you have been developing very interesting sites here on DP and I wish to continue be a customer of yours. But this support problem is really give me a bad taste in the mouth.

Look forward to your response Dan.

Dan, when will you reply to my PMs? Obviously from the stats can tell you have logged on to DP so why are you still ignore my PMs to address the double posting issue and not receiving the partial refund?

You keep ignore my PMs and not sure why? You post false statement about the support on the listing thread and yet I have see you do anything about it to correct the issue and fulfill your statement.

I am really tired of your lack of response. I will have no choice but proceed with Paypal about a claim request if I don't get the refund and have the issue fixed within the next 24 hours.

You have also been PMed with this same message.

Wait you want a refund and the site still? I never gave a figure for a partial refund - and indeed I would of issued it - but the problem was caused by you and is no longer there.. I certainly don't react to threats. You have two options and I'll have these as open as humanly possible - A) You have a full refund or B) You tell me what bugs (you say double posting - it's not doing that.., you say linking issue.. there is none)

Dan, please make the full refund.

You can easily to go the site and see double posts as I type this message....example (TweetShh2 测试,操你妈共产党 and also showing on TweetShh3 测试,操你妈共产党 ) - this has been happening more than 3-4 weeks and I have mentioned to you on PM several times. Why are you decline to acknowledge that this is a bug?
