Anonymous message board software?

I wasnt sure where to post this so I posted it here...I need to know whats the best software for "anonymous" forum posting WITHOUT registration:

I want to make an anonymous confession board like the link above.

as you can see, users can simply post anything as a guest and anonymously... is this a custom board? is there a mod of phpbb or anything that can mimick this?

 

You can modify a basic guestbook script. Check this one out:

Clicking on the green arrow there allows the mod/owner to reply to the comments. You can redo it (disable the password requirement) so that anyone could comment to a post.

It's free to download and use, there's a charge if you want the link "Powered by..." at the bottom to be removed.

 

that is more "hacky" than what i was looking for...I would need to hide the comments on the homepage , and hack on thread titles for each original post, and put only thread titles on home page without the comments.
whereas forum software is prebuilt to do this, im sure theres a mod somewhere that allows only guests to post in a quick manner like a guestbook.

can the guestbook be modified to look and FUNCTION just like the link i posted?

 

If you know a basic php it's really easy to do. You can make it look the way you want and you can make it function any way you want.

I wish i had knowledge of PHP, i would have made it myself. Or can i have a drag and drop php editor?
I bought a script that does something close to that: https://www.confessions.co.ke but i need to add some simple functionalities but i can't for lack of PHP knowledge.

For example, i need the comments to be on the same page with the confessions but to collapse like fb comments. Also i would wish to add some recent tabs. Anybody who is good at this urgently contact me. We can strike a deal.
