Hi I am going to start a anonymous corporation, but I am having some issues, primarily here is my ordeal.

I will use this corporation to join affiliate programs which require addresses usually to join. I also will need to make a bank account, but my goal here is to be legally fully anonymous.

So I am thinking how do I do this so I remain fully anonymous. Any ideas will help and be appreciated thanks

There is no such thing. At least in the United States. When you register your corporation, you have to give all kinds of information so that people can contact you, sue you, etc. You cannot be anonymous.

also another question, do you have any idea where I can rent a address or something like that for very cheap? I just need to purchase a residential address or something to use for affiliate programs and I was told they're not fond of p.o. boxes

    I've heard this too.
The premise is that while a SS# and the like are required to register a corporation in Kansas, you can sell that company and no further information is required. So someone creates one, sells it off, and no names are attached.

Um why would you even want to make an anonymous corporation? Not that its possible anyway, not for a legit business.

Maybe you have not read the news for the last few years and that post 911 anyone trying to do anything along those lines is a terror suspect and quite possibly flagged by the tax authorities. (i would rather be a terror suspect than flagged by the tax authorities thats for sure!)

Unless you have something to hide or are doing illegal activities then no need to try and go to the lengths of trying to having anonymous businesses.

Sure, you can try and do offshore but depending on where you are located and doing business many times they are under scrutiny.

    Good luck though.

    :)

    To which part?

If its the part about being a terror suspect over the tax officee then you obvisoulsy have never had to deal with a tax inspection. Once you are on the tax inspectors radar, its game over.

    ;)

Wow, I didn't know we had Wesley Snipes posting on this board.

Seriously, how dumb are you? There are plenty of laws and court judgments (in the US) that state that you have to pay income taxes.

Say hi to Wesley when you see him in prison for his stand that there is no law saying he has to pay income taxes either.

If you do this, you're running a risk. A decent one. Anyone past the age of 21 without a discernable income comes under scrutiny. And it doesn't take much to trace it back to the business. But all the same, it's a good level of obscurity. Especially in "civil" matters.

You can become a employee of the company if you want a discernable income.

Otherwise, as long as your not up to no good it'll be fine... They're not interested in digging through tedious (usually pointless) bank notes that lead to as much of a dead end as proof the owner of the business.

Only ppl mr.brown above assume anonymity equals criminality. Sorry, unjust taxes and citizen monitorship like I'm the one who F'd up this world is criminal.

And yes, the primary reason is for anonymity against 'civil' complaints. BTW, browntwn, if you're interested I can detail how this is fully legal in the states for you and how our great terrorist warrior senate seems to be making no moves whatsoever to stop it :) Gosh I wonder how many corps bin's got over here anyhow
